【摘要】 当今 ,高校体育有着突飞猛进的发展 ,竞技场上竞争日趋紧张激烈。这对从事高校训练工作的教练员提出了更高的要求。本文从心理学角度对高校代表队教练员应具备的思维品质特征进行了简单分析。大致从思维品质的广阔性、预测性、深刻性、灵活性、坚定性、独立性、敏捷性、创造性等几方面入手 ,帮助教练员在思维品质这一层面上加强认识和理解 ,使其重视自身智能的发展与培养 ,以利于训练水平的提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nowadays physical education in colleges and universities is developing rapidly. Competition on the athletic arena is becoming keener and keener, which requires more of the coaches who are going in for the training in colleges and universities. The characteristics of the thinking character for the coaches of the representative teams in colleges and universities to possess were analyzed briefly from the angle of psychology. Starting approximately from the aspects of extensity, predictability, profundity, flexibility, steadfastness, independence, agility and creativity the coaches were helped to broaden their knowledge and strengthen their comprehension of thinking character and to lay stress on the cultivation and development of their own intelligence so as to improve their training level.更多还原
