【摘要】 为了开发避孕新药 ,本文报告昆明山海棠提取物TH5对Wistar成年雄性大鼠抗生育试验性行为的影响 ,并测定血清性激素水平。灌服TH5( 116mg/kg/d ,共 30d)的雄性大鼠与成年雌性大鼠合笼后 ,其阴栓与阴道涂片精子检出率及服药雄鼠的血清T、LH、FSH测定值 ,和对照组相比均无统计学差异 (P >0 .0 5) ,表明受试雄鼠服用TH5后 ,可能并不干扰其性欲与血清性激素水平更多还原

【Abstract】 It is observed that the sex bevavior and serum hormone contraception of adult male rats in the antifertility tests after given OP with TH 5 (116mg/kg/d,×30d.) extract from Tripterygium hypoglaucum (Lev1.) Hutch.Results show that positive vaginal plug and sperm are found as well as assay of serum T、LH and FSH in rats of experiment groups, there are all no differnce compared to contral groups (P>0.05).It is possible TH 5 does not distrurbe the sex behavior and sex serum hormone level of male rats after administered TH 5.更多还原
