油锯人机界面的优化研究

【摘要】 该文通过实验研究探讨了油锯人机界面几何参数对操作者主观施力及对其身体生理负荷的影响规律 .通过对实验数据的回归得出了高把油锯和矮把油锯的人机界面几何参数与评价指标 (最大有效扭矩、力损耗因子、肌肉收缩强度 )之间存在的定量化方程 .建立了油锯的人机界面几何参数优化的目标函数 ,并求出了高把油锯和矮把油锯的最佳几何参数 .高把油锯的最佳几何参数 :把手横轴距为 5 40mm ;把手与地面垂轴距为 6 88mm ;把手与油箱后部纵轴距为 186mm ;把手直径为 30mm ;把手倾角为 33° .矮把油锯的最佳几何参数 :把手横轴距为 14mm ;把手纵轴距为 40 0mm ;把手垂轴距为 5 0mm ;把手直径为 2 8mm ;把手倾角为 2 3

【Abstract】 In this article, an experimental study was carried out on the effects of man machine interface geometrical parameters of chain saw (high handle and short handle chain saw) on operator exertion and the change of his body physiological load. The available quantitative equations between man\|machine interface geometrical parameters of chain saw and evaluation index (maximum efficient torque, strength wasted coefficient, EMG power ) were conducted from the regression of experiment data. Objective functions for optimizing man\|machine interface geometrical parameters of chain saw were built on experiments. For the high handle chain saw, the optimal value of man\|machine interface geometrical parameters of chain saw are as follows: the distance of left and right handle center on horizontal axis is 540 mm; the distance from handle center to floor on upright axis is 688 mm; the distance from handle center to rear of chain saw on vertical axis is 186 mm; the grip diameter is 30 mm; the acute angle between handle axis and floor is 33°. For the short handle chain saw, the optimal value of man\|machine interface geometrical parameters of chain saw are as follows: the distances of front and rear handle center on horizontal, vertical and upright axis are 14 mm, 400 mm and 50 mm respectively; the grip diameter is 28 mm; the acute angle between rear handle axis and floor is 23°.
