CH3CSNH2和CdCl2水溶液均相体系制备CdS纳米粒子
Syntheses of CdS Nanoparticles in the Aqueous Solution of CH3CSNH2 and CdCl2 by Homogeneous Reaction
【摘要】 直接将CH3CSNH2 和CdCl2 水溶液混合 ,水浴加热 ,制备出了粒径为数纳米的CdS粒子 ,并研究了反应物浓度、加热时间及稳定剂对生成的CdS纳米粒子粒径的影响。
【Abstract】 CH\-3CSNH\-2 and CdCl\-2 were mixed in the aqueous solution,and heated in water bath to prepare CdS nanoparticles,the size of which was about 5?nm.The factors that affect the size of CdS nanoparticles,such as the concentration of reactants,the heating time and the stablizers,were discussed.
