船用945钢的动态力学性能研究
A STUDY ON THE DYNAMIC MECHANICAL BEHAVIORS OF SHIP-BUILDING STEEL 945
【摘要】 利用 Hopkinson型试验装置和示波冲击实验 ,对船用 945钢的动态力学性能进行了研究。实验结果表明 ,船用 945钢是率敏感材料 ,其动态力学性能明显不同于准静态条件下的力学性能 ,动态载荷作用下 ,材料的动态屈服点升高 ,动态断裂韧性和动态塑性下降。
【Abstract】 The dynamic mechanical behaviors of ship building steel 945 are studied by using the Hopkinson and instrumented Charpy impact testing system The results show that steel 945 is a rate sensitive material and its dynamic mechanical behaviors are markedly different from that under a quasi static state The dynamic yield stress rises; the fracture toughness and dynamic plasticity decrease under dynamic loading
