【摘要】 结合北方交通大学科技处管理信息系统 (STMIS)的设计与实施 ,给出一种网络化的管理信息系统实用而有效的方案

【Abstract】 The proposed Sci_tech MIS in this paper should be established for universities, and then ,it presents a practical and effective solution which is combined in the applications of Sci tech MIS of Northern Jiaotong University .
