【摘要】 分析了高速集成电路芯片内互连线的时域特性。首先运用全波方法提取互连线的频变等效电路参数。在此基础上运用数值反拉普拉斯变换 ( NILT)法分析互连电路的时域响应。在分析过程中 ,提出或运用了一些提高精度或效率的技术和方法。分析结果表明 ,该方法很适合高速集成电路芯片内互连线的计算机辅助分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 The time domain characteristics of on chip interconnects in high speed VLSI is analyzed in this paper.The frequency dependent parameters of the interconnection lines are extracted by the full wave method firstly.Then the numerical inversion of Laplace transform(NILT)is employed for the time domain response of the interconnect circuits.Some techniques and methods are proposed or applied to improve the accuracy or efficiency.The results show that this method is very fit for the computer aided analysis of on chip interconnects for the high speed VLSI.更多还原
