【摘要】 1目的　纵向监测青岛市市区 315名儿童 0～ 12月体格发育状况 ,为制订进一步促进儿童健康成长的措施提供理论依据。 2方法　选取健康新生儿 315名 ,纵向监测其体质量、身长、头围等体格发育指标 ,并与WHO标准及同时期国内外监测情况比较。 3结果　各年龄段体质量、身长、头围的均值较 WHO参考值、中国九市儿童体格发育指标参考值 (1995年 )高 ,超体质量儿及肥胖儿童检出率亦较高。 4结论　青岛市区 0～ 12月儿童的体格发育较好 ,但要注意单纯性肥胖的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The indexs of physical growth of 315 children aged 0-12 months were monitored longitudinally in order to provide theoretical basis for working out measure to promote children growth and development.\ Methods\ 315 normal neonates were studied and the indexs of their physical growth such as weight, height and circumference were monitored longitudinally. The values of weight, height and head circumference were compared with WHO standards and the monitoring values of the same period at home and abroad.\ Results\ The mean values of weight, height and head circumference were higher than that of WHO standards and Chinese survey in 1995;and a high picking rate of overweight and obesity was found.\ Conclusion\ Physical growth of children aged 0-12 months is good in Qingdao, but obesity should be emphasizied.
