【摘要】 1目的　探讨血浆内皮素 1(ET1 )与急性闭角型青光眼的关系。2方法　采用放射免疫分析法 (RIA )测定了 30例急性闭角型青光眼及 30例正常人血浆 ET1 的含量。 3结果　青光眼组血浆 ET1 含量为 (6 8.75±7.5 2 ) ng/ L ,正常对照组为 (47.43± 6 .6 3) ng/ L ,两组比较差异有极显著性 (t=3.5 6 ,P<0 .0 1)。 4结论　急性闭角型青光眼发病过程中存在 ET1 产生和清除异常 ,ET1 可能参与了急性闭角型青光眼的病理生理过程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the association between endothelin(ET) and acute angle closure glaucoma. Methods RIA method was used to detect ET in 30 patients with acute angle closure glaucoma and 30 normal people. Results The ET level in glaucoma group was (68.75±7.52)ngL, the ET level in normal control group was (47.43±6.63)ng/L. The difference of ET levels between the two groups was significant(t=3.56, P<0.01). Conclusion It suggested that there was disorder in the production and cleaning out of ET, and increasing circulating ET level may play an important role in the pathophysiological process of glaucoma.
