【摘要】 目的 :比较细菌编码鉴定方法与Vitek AMS对肠杆菌科细菌鉴定的符合率。方法 :使用笔者自编的细菌鉴定编码和Vitek AMS对临床分离的 12 4株肠杆菌科细菌同时进行鉴定。结果 :两者鉴定结果完全符合的有 113株 ,符合率为 91.1% ,11株鉴定不符合的细菌归纳为 4类原因。结论 :笔者自制的细菌编码鉴定系统可用于临床肠杆菌科细菌的鉴定 ,准确率较高 ,且鉴定成本大为降低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare two methods,bacteria code and Vitek AMS,for identification of Enterobacteriaceae.Methods:The code that was made by author was evaluated in comparison with Vitek AMS by using 124 clinically isolated Enterobacteriaceae.Results:The code agreement with Vitek AMS at genus was 91.1%.The reasons of 11 disagreement isolates were classified to four kinds.Conclusions:The code demonstrated excellent accuracy and cheap cost and could be used in clinical laboratory for identification of Enterobacteriaceae.
