【摘要】 目的 :评价异体胎儿颅骨骨膜修补颅骨缺损的临床效果。方法 :应用异体胎儿颅骨骨膜移植修补 12例颅骨缺损 ,定期摄头颅X线片检查成骨情况 ,4例半年穿刺活检。结果 :1年内骨生长 7例 ,3年内全部成骨。无排斥反应。结论 :胎儿颅骨骨膜移植成骨可靠 ,但早期塑形欠佳更多还原

【Abstract】 ?Objective:To assess the clinical application of human fetal skull periosteum in the treatment of skull defects.Methods:Radiographs were taken at regular intervals during the follow-up period(36 months after reconstruction) and needle aspiration biopsy was performed in 4 cases.Results:Seven cases demonstrated cranial bone osteogenesis in 1 yearAll repaired bone had excellent healing with satisfactory bone formation in 3 years.The allograft rejection did not happen in all patients.Conclusions:The treatment of skull bone defects by using allograft of human fetal skull periosteum is safe and highly effective,but the bone formation is not well-shaped in the early stage after reconstruction. 〔更多还原
