微区气氛保护法冷却壁铸造防氧化试验研究

【摘要】 冷却壁在铸造过程中其冷却管内壁产生的氧化膜影响其使用寿命 .本试验根据气氛保护原理提出一种新的保护措施 ,通过对比目前的保护措施 ,表明新方法具有较好的防氧化效果 .

【Abstract】 The oxide of inner surface of the tube influences service life of cooling stave.A new protective method was raised according to principle of gas protection.The good anti?oxidize result of new method was proved through contrasting the present protection method.
