【摘要】 目的 :探讨胃癌细胞株MGC80 3在全反式维甲酸 (all rans retinoic ,RA)、佛波酯 (phorbolester,TPA)及二甲基亚砜 (dimethylsulfoxide ,DMSO) 3种诱导剂分别作用后 ,胃癌细胞中间隙连接蛋白 (connexin ,Cx)基因表达变化。方法 :采用比较多重RT -PCR -Southernblot方法检测。结果 :维甲酸、二甲基亚砜对胃癌细胞基因组中Cx43基因有诱导表达作用 ,同时该株细胞本身表达的Cx46在维甲酸及佛波酯作用后明显减弱甚至消失。结论 :Cx43基因在胃癌细胞中有可诱导性 ,这为今后探索维甲酸、二甲基亚砜等对胃癌细胞恶性表型的抑制 ,为胃癌细胞基因组中Cx43基因的表达模式在临床上的应用提供了理论依据和实验基础。更多还原
