【摘要】 为探讨女性胆石症高发的危险因素 ,加强对该病的预防 ,通过B超检查筛选女性胆石症及非胆石症各 1 3 3人 ,经过体重指数测量、生化检查、询问相关因素进行分析。结果显示高脂饮食、体重指数过高、初次分娩年龄低、血清胆固醇含量与女性胆石症高发有关。家族史的有关因素待进一步研究更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to investigate high risk factors of women cholelithiasis so as to strengthen the prophylaxis against the disease, 133 women with cholelithiasis and the same number of women without the disease were screened with B-ultrasound. All data obtained by measurement of weight index, biochemical examination and inquiry about case history were analyzed statistically. The results showed that high fat diet, weight index, age of primiparity and serum cholesterol content correlated to the high incidence of women cholelithiasis, The factors related to family history needs further researching. High fat diet, increase of weight index, younger age of primiparity and hypercholesterolemia can induce women cholelithiasis significantly.更多还原
