【摘要】 对 1 998年我省沿江地区洪涝灾害期间出血热疫区 ,通过流行病学、血清学调查 ,论证沿江地区洪涝灾害期间局部地区EHF的疫源地强度有所增加 ,望江县泊湖乡的EHF传染源带毒鼠指数为 0 .1 7;健康人群EHF隐性感染率灾后较灾前明显升高。针对沿江灾后EHF疫源地强度的不同 ,及时采取了综合性防治措施 ,有效地控制了EHF的发生和流行。确保大灾之后无大疫更多还原

【Abstract】 This article reported that EHF increased in some flooded areas along Yangtze river of Anhui province. In 1998 We drew the conclusion by the investigation of epidemiology and serum in the area. EHF virus infection index of mice in Pohu township of Wangjiang county was 0.17. EHF infection rate of normal population rose obviously in the area after flood. In order to prevent from pandemic, comprehensive measures had been taken in time in the area and effective control results had been acquired.更多还原
