【Abstract】 According to the discolouring between potassium persulfate and light green SF with the anti-catalytic effect of alcohol, a new catalytic spectrophotometry method for the determination of alcohol had been established.The concentration range is 4.0×10 -5 ～2.0×10 -3 mol/L;the detection limit of the method is 7.6×10 -6 mol/L .This method was used for determination of alcohol in beers, the results are satisfactory.更多还原
