镍铬合金钢钢坯抗高温氧化涂料作用原理探讨

【摘要】 通过试验 ,制备出适用于在高温状态下 ,阻止镍铬合金钢钢坯氧化的涂料。探讨了此涂料随温度变化其热膨胀速率的变化情况 ,并且与钢质材料作了对比 ;同时 ,通过测定涂料的示差热分析曲线 ,了解了涂料的物化反应过程。

【Abstract】 Anti oxidation coating created is applicable to prevent oxidation of Ni Cr alloy steel blank at high temperature.Variation of rate of expansion of the anti oxidation coating with temperature was determined and compared with that of steel.Reacting process of the anti oxidation coating with temperature is understood through determining its DTA curve.
