【摘要】 介绍了数字化技术在油脂工业中的应用情况。其与油厂传统采用的单回路及单板机控制相比具有控制范围大，自动化程度高，与工艺相配套控制关系可调，工艺、控制参数均实现屏幕数字化显示等优点。
