【摘要】 目的：观察国产重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子（吉粒芬）预防肿瘤化疗所致的白细胞减少及其不良反应。方法：对１３６例经病理确诊的恶性肿瘤患者，于化疗后２４ｈ给予吉粒芬７５μｇ／ｄ，ｓｃ，连用１０ｄ，或当中性粒细胞绝对数（ＡＮＣ）降至最低值后回升超过５×１０９／Ｌ达２次以上停药。结果：化疗后平均ＡＮＣ最低值为（２．１８±１．３８）×１０９／Ｌ；平均ＡＮＣ减少持续天数（Ｉ，ＩＩ，ＩＶ度）分别是（１．５６±２．０４），（０．４５±１．３０）和（０．０４±０．３６）ｄ；平均ＡＮＣ减少的发生率分别为５４．４１％，１６．１８％和２．２１％。不良反应有轻度骨痛或肌痛、乏力。结论：吉粒芬可减轻化疗后ＡＮＣ降低程度，缩短ＡＮＣ减少的持续时间，促进ＡＮＣ的恢复，降低感染发热的发生机会，无明显毒副反应，可作为肿瘤化疗中有价值的辅助药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To study a domestic rhG CSF(Jilifen) in prevention of neutropenia after chemotherapy.METHODS:Jilifen was given to 136 cancer patients after 24 hours of chemotherapy in a daily dose of 75 μg by subcutaneous injection for 10 days,or the drug was withdrawn when the ANC was recovered from nadir to 5×10 9/L for more than 2 times.RESULTS:The average lowest value of ANC after chemotherapy was (2.18±1.38)×10 9/L,and the average duration of ANC decrease of degree Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ were (1.56± 2.04)d ,(0.45±1.30)d,and(0.04±0.36)d respectively and their average incidence were 54.41%,16.18%,and 2.21% respectively with slight bony/muscular pain and fatigue.CONCLUSION:Jilifen can decrease the content of neutropenia,shorten the duration of neutropenia,and promote the recovery of neutropenia.It is a valuable agent for prevention ANC decrease after chemotherapy.更多还原
