【摘要】 目的 :观察布地奈德干粉吸入剂 (普米克都保 )治疗儿童哮喘的疗效。方法 :对 3 2例哮喘儿童肺功能和哮喘发作程度进行治疗前后 1年自身比较。结果 :治疗 6月及 1年后呼气峰流速 (PEF)及其变异率 (PEFRV)明显改善 (P <0 .0 1) ,而且急性发作次数、需要住院和使用支气管扩张剂减少 ,总有效率 10 0 % ,未发现不良反应。结论 :布地奈德干粉吸入剂是一种高效、安全的治疗儿童哮喘药物更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To study the efficacy of budesonide dry powder inhaler (Pulmicort Turbuhaler)in treatment of children’s asthma.METHODS:The self control study was conducted in 32 asthmatic children.The pulmonary function and severity of asthma attack after one year of treatment were compared with those of before treatment.RESULTS:After half year or one year treatment,the PEF and PEFRV were significantly improved( P <0.01)and the number of acute attack,requiring hospitalization and use of bronchodilator were also reduced,with a total effective rate of 100%.No side effect was observed.CONCLUSION:Budesonide dry powder inhaler is an effective and safe agent of choice for treatment of children’s asthma.更多还原
