除草剂(草丁膦)抗性基因的遗传与利用

【Abstract】 Threerestoringlines (Minghui 6 3,Ce 6 4andTeqing)asfemaleparentswerecrossedwithherbi cide_resistanttransgeniccultivars (Bengal_Hu10andGulfmont)asmaleparents .Geneticanalysisongenera tionsofF1,F2 andBC1indicatedthattheresistancetotheherbicide (Liberty)wascontrolledbyasingledomi nantnucleargene .Theresistancetotheherbicidewillworkasamarkerforthetruehybridfromcrossingwith themaleparent ,butnotforallotherplantsfromeitherselfing ,orintracrossinginfemaleparentpopulation . Aftertheapplicationoftheherbicide ,allplantsexceptthetruehybridwereeliminated .Withtheaidofthis technology ,thestrictrequirementofcompletesterilityformalesterilelineincropscanbereduced .Itwillbe beneficialnotonlyforbreedingnewexcellentmalesterilelines ,butalsoforcommercializingchemicallyin ducedmalesterilesystemincrops .
