【摘要】 目的:探讨不同的胆道引流手术对梗阻性黄疸病人胆红素的病理生理变化。方法:以梗阻性黄疸病人为研究对象,采用质谱法测定其胆道引流术前后的红细胞膜脂变化。结果:胆道内引流术后两周,病人红细胞膜脂的长链脂肪酸、不饱和脂肪酸增多,双键含量增加,膜脂成分趋向正常;而外引流术后膜脂成分也有所好转,但变化缓慢,病人早期恢复并不明显。结论:胆道内引流术能较快改善梗阻性黄疸病人的细胞膜结构与功能,有利于病人的早期恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives: To study the physiopathology of bilirubin in the patients with obstructive jaundice. Methods: The pre - and postoperative changes of RBC membrane lipids in patients with obstructive jaundice, who recieved different biliary drainage operation, were studied by GC - MS (gas chromatography - mass spectrometry). Results:Unsaturated and long chain fatty acids in membrane increased, and the contents of membrane lipids turned to normal two weeks after internal biliary drainage. The contents of membrane lipids turned to good after external biliary drainage too, but the improvements were very slowly, no significant difference on the restoration for the patients with obstructive jaundice in early stage. Conclusion: The restoration of the structure and function of cells is very helpful for the patients with obstructive jaundice after the internal biliary drainage operation.更多还原
