【Abstract】 To explore a simple,woundless and rapid assay for diagnosis of Helicobacter pylori(HP)infection,this study developed DIGFA kit for detection of anti-HP antibodies(IgG) in serum.Sera from 258 gastroscopied patients were detected by DIGFA kit ,while their biopsy samples were examined by smear stain and RUT.The sensitivity and specificity of kit were 96 6% and 93 8% respectively.The false positive rate and false negative rate were 3 4% and 6 3% separately.The coincidance rate was 96 4% between DIGFA kit and ELISA kit.The reagents of DIGFA kit is stable at 4℃ in 6 months.更多还原
