【摘要】 目的　调查病毒性肝炎肝纤维化的流行病学，探讨其影响因素。方法对５０例肝纤维化患者和患者住地附近非肝纤维化者作病例对照研究。结果表明感染乙型肝炎病毒后大量饮酒、营养不足与肝纤维化形成关系密切、其ＯＲ值分别为２５和３倍。结论　感染乙型肝炎病毒后过量饮酒在病毒性肝炎肝纤维化形成中的作用远高于其他危险因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective An epidemiologic survey on hepatic fibrosis due to viral hepatitis was conducted with the purpose of appraising the risk factors. Methods By comparing the influential factors in 50 patients with hepatic fibrosis and those without who lived nearby. Results Alcohol abuse and malnutrition were the factors closely related with hepatic fibrosis after infected with HBV, the OR value increased 25 and 3 folds respectively. Conclusion Excessive drinking surpasses all other risk factors in inducing hepatic fibrosis the B hepatitis.更多还原
