【摘要】 探讨基底膜标记物层粘蛋白表达与涎腺肿瘤生物学行为间的关系。方法应用人层粘蛋白多克隆抗体对８３例涎腺良、恶性肿瘤进行免疫组化染色。结果层粘蛋白在延腺良性肿瘤中实性上皮四周围呈连续的阳性染色。在高分化涎腺恶性肿瘤中癌巢周围基底膜常为线状阳性染色，但染色不规则、不连续或断裂。低分化癌多呈碎片状或不定形颗粒状基底膜染色，有些区域基底膜缺如。结论层粘蛋白的染色有助于观察癌巢基底膜结构的完整性，对判断肿瘤的良恶性程度及侵袭行为具有意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: This study was to analyze the relationship between the expression of laminin and the biologic behavior ofsalivary gland tumors.Methods Eighty-seven cases of salivary gland tumors were staned using laminin antibody by immunohistochemistry.Results Regular linear basal membrane-like staining was observed around tumor cell clusters of benign salivary gland tumors.In high-differential malignant salivary gland tumors, linear basal membranes were positively stained in anirregular and interrupted pattern.Around low-differential carcinoma nest, the laminin presented an uncontinuous pattern orwas absent.Conclusion The immunostaining of laminin was helpful in observation of the integration of hasal membranearound tmor nests and evaluation of the benign and malignant degree of salivary gland tumors and their invasion Potential.更多还原
