鸡新城疫CS2株活疫苗中间试制及区域试验

【摘要】 在北京市兽医生物药品厂进行中间生产试验,按照《鸡新城疫CS2 株活疫苗制造及检验试行规程》(草案)扩大生产疫苗共7 批,计94.3万羽,检验全部合格。在北京地区进行区域试验,选择了7个鸡场8 个鸡群,共免疫12.59 万羽,免疫后10～15d,HI抗体几何平均值(GMT)达到1∶46～1∶832; 80d 达到1∶99 以上。疫苗安全有效。

【Abstract】 Seven batches(943000 doses)of (NDV) CS2 strain Vaccine were producted at Beijing Vet. Bioproucts Plant.125900 chickens at 7 poultry farms in Beijing were vaccinated with the vaccine.A serum HI Ab titre of 1∶46~1∶832 was induced in the vaccinated fowl and no visible effect was found.It proved these batches to be effective to protect the chickens against NDV.
