【摘要】 目的：了解血清前白蛋白（ Ｐｒｅａｌｂｕｍｉｎ ，简称 Ｐ Ａ） 水平与上皮性卵巢瘤生物学行为的关系及其临床意义。方法：采用琼脂糖免疫单向扩散法测定５８ 例上皮性卵巢癌、３５ 例上皮性卵巢瘤和３０ 例正常人血清前白蛋白。同时用放免法测定上述检测对象血清癌抗原１２５（ｃａｎｃｅｒ ａｎｔｉｇｅｎ １２５ ，简称 Ｃ Ａ１２５） 。结果：上皮性卵巢癌组血清 Ｐ Ａ 低于上皮性卵巢瘤组及正常人组（ Ｐ＝ ０００３） 。且肿瘤临床分期越晚、分化越差， Ｐ Ａ 水平越低（ Ｐ ＜ ０００１ ； Ｐ ＝ ００２７） ；术后肿瘤残存与血清 Ｐ Ａ 低水平有关（ Ｐ ＝００１４） 。 Ｐ Ａ 与 Ｃ Ａ１２５ 呈负相关， Ｓｐｅａｒｍａｎ′ｓ 系数为－ ０６８（ Ｐ ＜ ００１） ， Ｐ Ａ 越低 Ｃ Ａ１２５ 越高，与上皮性卵巢癌恶性生物学行为一致。结论： Ｐ Ａ 与上皮性卵巢癌恶性行为密切相关，可作为上皮性卵巢癌病情及预后估计较敏感的参考指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective : To clarify the impact of epithelial ovarian carcinoma and the level of serum prealbumin ,apotential new tumor markerfor epithelial ovarian carcinoma . Methods : Serum prealbumin was detected in 58 women withepithelial ovarian carcinoma ,35 women with benign epithelial ovarian tumor and 30 normal women by ager single diffu sion technique , while the serum C A125 (cancer antigen125) was determined by radioim munoassay . Results : Low serumprealbumin associated with malignant property in epithelial ovarian carcinoma . Lower serum prealbumin was ,later theclinical stage was and poorer tthe differentiation was ( P < 0 05) . The level of serum pealbumin was negatively relatedwith the level of C A125 (cancer antigen 125) . Spearmen′s coefficient was - 0 .68 ( P < 0 01) . Conclusions : Serumprealbumin may be a useful new markerforthe prediction and prognosis valuation of epithelial ovarian carcinoma .更多还原
