【Abstract】 A practical staining method for counting polyhedra (PIBs) in nucleopolyhedrovirus insecticide was developed. The results showed that the number of polyhedra obtained by the staining method was less than that by hemacytometer, but the coefficient of variation of the samples was lower than that of hemacytometer method,thus the staining method can be used in quality control test of virus insecticides.更多还原
