【Abstract】 In this paper,3 recipes of TCM,strengthening spleen(ss),tonifying kidney(tk)and combination of the two grous(sstk) were studied with immunodificiency rats induced by cyclophosphamide.The results showes that the weights of spleen and thymus were reduced in the model group,after treating the weights of spleen and thymus in these 3 groups were all increased,the level of CD 3,CD 4,CD 8 and CD 25 were decreased while CD 4/CD 8 ratio were increased significantly than those of in the blank control group.Levels of CD 3 and CD 25 in the ss group were higher than in the control group,Levels of CD 3,CD 4,CD 8 and CD 25 in tk and sstk groups were increased remarkably,but the CD 4/CD 8 ratio were lowered in both of the two groups.It is found that every parameters in the two groups were improved and are better than those in the ss group.更多还原
