【摘要】 采用Ｌ９（３４）正交设计，以何首乌中的２，３，５，４′－四羟基二苯乙烯－２－ｏ－β－Ｄ葡萄糖甙含量为指标进行评分，优化健脑益智颗粒剂的提取工艺，结果表明：最佳提取条件为药料粉碎成黄豆粒大，７５％乙醇回流２次，第１次１０倍量回流２ｈ，第２次８倍量回流１ｈ。挥发油以７倍量水提取１２ｈ为宜更多还原

【Abstract】 A study of the extraction process in preparing Jiannao Yizhi granule was carried out by orthogonal experimental design.The content of 2,3,5,4′ tetra hydroxystilben 2 o β D glucoside and extraction rate were used as endpoints.The result showed that the best extraction process was as follower:Smash the crude drugs as big as soybean;reflux with 75% alcohol for 2 times:for the first time,10 times alcohol was used for 2hr;the second time,8 times alcohol used for 1hr,while for the extraction of volatile oil,7 times water was used for 12hr.更多还原
