【摘要】 桂西北山区是广西壮族自治区自然条件最为恶劣，经济较为落后，少数民族聚居，贫困人口最多的地区。该地区由于岩溶地貌发育，石山裸露面积大，地表径流稀少，地下水埋藏深，耕地零星分散，造成水利建设严重滞后，干旱长期制约这个地区的经济发展。如何解决该区域水利灌溉问题，成为广西各级政府和业务部门关心的课题。经过多年实践摸索，证明建设地头水柜、搞节水灌溉是解决桂西北山区农业灌溉的根本出路。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the mountainous northwest area of guangxi Autonomous Region, the Water Conservancy construction was seri ously delayed because of the following situation of the area: development of karst land-forms;large exposed surface of rock mountains; are in surface runoff; groundwater lies hidden in the earth deeply; and the farmlands are fragmentary and scattred. The area’s economy development was restricted by aridity over a long period of time. How to solve the area’s water conservancy irrigation problem, becomes a task, to which the governments and the professional departments of all levels in Guan-gxi are paying special attention. Through practice and groping of many years, it is shown that the constructing field water tanks for carrying out water saving irrigation is a fundamental way out ofsolving agricultural irrigation problem in the mountainous northwest area of Guangxi Autonomous Region.更多还原
