【摘要】 目的:测定杂多化合的抗伪狂犬病病毒的活性。方法:采用细胞培养法测定杂多化合物对兔肾(RK)细胞的毒性及在无毒浓度下,抗伪狂犬病病毒的活性。结果:HPC-1、HPC-5、HPC-6、HPC-7的 TI 值分别为100、100、103、107.5。结论:上述杂多化合物具有较低的毒性以及较强的抗伪狂犬病病毒的活性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine the Antipseudrorabies virus activity of heteropoly acid compounds.Methods:toxicities of various compounds on the cell fror rabbit kidney and antipseudvorabies virus activity of them under a non-toxic concentration were estimated by using methods of cell culture.Result:The TI valu of HPC-11,HPC-5, HPC-6,HPC-7 were 100,100,103,107.5 respectively.Conclusion:Some of the heteropoly acid compounds have significant an tipseudvorabies virus activity and lower toxicity.更多还原
