浅谈“森林城”建设的总体规划

【摘要】 娄底市“森林城”是我国现阶段唯一的县（市）级“森林城”。通过对该市“森林城”的总体规划方法、建设的指导思想、规划原则、规划内容和范围等问题进行探讨，试图摸索出“森林城”建设总体规划的方法，为今后“森林城”建设提供参考。

【Abstract】 forest city" in LouDi is a only county "forest city" in are now. Through discussing themethods of overall plan, the leading ideology of plan construction the principles of plan, the content andscope of plan ect, the anthor would like to find a way of overall plan for "forest city" construction to makereferance of "forest city" construction in the future.
