【摘要】 浙江省第11届运动会是我省本世纪规模最大的一次体育盛会，它集中反映了全省体育运动的水平。而田径则是运动的基础项目，是衡量一个地区体育水平高底的重要标准。通过本届运动会的田径比赛，基本反映了各地市的田径运动实力及后备人才的情况。通过研究分析本届运动会田径比赛（青少年部）的总体情况，并结合部分地市少体校的训练现状情况，找出存在的问题，推出了发展浙江省田径运动后备力量的对策与建议。关键词：##4省运会;田径运动;后备力量;优势项目;选材更多还原

【Abstract】 The 11th Zhejiang provincial sports meet is the biggest one ever held in thecentury, reflecting the athletic level. Tarck and field, the basic events in sPOrts, is an im-Portant standard to measure athletic level in one region. The sport meet reflects some-thing about the track and field strength and reserve athletes. By analyzing the track andfield meet and combining training in some children sport schools, the paper indicatessome existing problems.
