【Abstract】 With the rapid development of the Intemet, the needs of real - time on - line intercourse in network are increasingly extensive, such as meetings on net, chats on net, remote teaching and so on. The concept, principle, function, reaching method and prospect of the Electronic White Board, a tool of real - time on - line intercourse in network, are introduced in this paper.
