【摘要】 本研究以花椰菜无菌苗顶芽为外植体， 诱导出不定芽， 进行了快速繁殖， 并对影响试管苗素质和繁殖系数的因素作了探讨。试管苗在 Ｍ Ｓ－ １９９ 培养基上，每代每月繁殖系数达５ 倍多，在无激素的 Ｍ Ｓ培养基上生根率达到９８％ 以上， 批量移栽平均成活率达到９８％ ， 再生植株在田间正常结球， 开花结籽， 具有良好的遗传稳定性。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the present study, cauliflower seedlings with germ free apical buds were taken as explants, from which adventitious buds were induced and rapidly propagated; and some factors affecting in vitro seedling quality and reproductive coefficient were probed into. The reproductive coefficient of the seedlings in vitro on MS 199 medium reached to 5 times per generation in 1 month. The strike root rate of the seedlings on hormone free MS medium reached to more than 98%, the average survival rate of the seedlings reached to 98% under conditions of batch transplantation. Regenerated plants could normally blossom and fruit bear with stable characteristics of genetics in fields.更多还原
