【Abstract】 This experiment was designed to investigate the distributive pattern of mast cellsin mammary gland of nonpregnant dairy cow with employment of modified toluidine bluestaining method. It was shown that a remarkable regional difference on distributive patternof mast cells existed in bovine mammary gland. Mast cells scattering themself in interlobarconnective tissue were named as interlobar mast cell while the others in intralobar tissue werereferred to as intralobar mast cell.更多还原
