【摘要】 目的　评估不同激光波长对中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变（中浆） 的治疗效应。方法根据所用不同激光波长随机将８９ 例中浆患者分为黄光、红光及绿光３ 组。分别采用不同激光波长光凝治疗，在治疗前、后检查所有患者的视力、眼底、Ａｍｓｌｅｒ 表及光敏感度，并进行眼底血管荧光造影。结果　３ 种激光波长的治疗结果显示：在中心视力改善和复发率方面，３ 组间效应基本齐同；但黄光组病程明显缩短，绿光组光敏感度恢复程度低于黄光和红光组，红光组光凝治疗后光凝斑扩大程度明显大于黄、绿光组。结论　黄光、红光波长是治疗中浆的首选波长，但红光光凝后对脉络膜组织损害较重，所形成的光凝斑更明显。更多还原
