硫酸沙丁胺醇缓释胶囊的研制

【摘要】 以硬脂酸为主要辅料，采用熔融制粒法，制备了硫酸沙丁胺醇缓释胶囊，并对其溶出度进行了研究。

【Abstract】 Using stearic acid as excipient,the salbutamol sulfate sustained release capsules were prepared by melting granulation method.The dissolution rate of the preparation was investigated.
