【摘要】 目的：比较超短波治疗周围性面瘫前后的肌电变化。方法：４７例周围性面神经麻痹患者，经超短波治疗，于治疗前及治疗后１～３个月做肌电图检查，共观察１４０块肌肉的肌电变化：失神经电位，运动单位电位波幅，相数，运动单位电位的募集型，传导潜伏期值等变化对比。结果：治疗前后资料经统计学处理差异均有非常显著性，Ｐ＜０．００１。结论：超短波治疗后肌电变化结果显示明显优于治疗前更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the EMG results of peripheral paralysis of facial nerve (PPFN)before and after ultrashort wave (USW) diathermy.Methods:140 pieces of muscles of 47 cases with PPFN were examined by using EMG including denervated potential,amplitude of motor units,number of phases of motor units,collected type of motor units and latency of nerve conduction.Results:The results showed that the above parameters were significant improvements (P<0.001) after treatment with USW diathermy.Conclusion:It is indicated that USW diathermy is an effective modality for treating PPFN based on EMG analysis.更多还原
