【摘要】 目的　探讨长骨造釉细胞瘤的临床与X线特点。方法　回顾性分析经手术及病理证实的 8例长骨造釉细胞瘤的临床及X线表现特点。结果　 8例长骨造釉细胞瘤发生于胫骨 7例、股骨1例。骨质呈囊状伴膨胀样改变 4例 ,单纯囊状改变 1例 ,单纯膨胀样改变 1例 ,溶骨性破坏 2例。骨皮质不规则增厚 6例 ,病变周围骨质增生硬化 5例 ,伴骨膜反应 2例 ,病变区内见斑点状钙化 2例 ,有不规则骨嵴 3例 ,软组织肿块 4例。结论　长骨造釉细胞瘤多见于胫骨 ( 7/ 8例 ) ,骨质呈囊状、膨胀性改变 ( 6/ 8例 ) ,骨皮质不规则增厚 ( 6/ 8例 ) ,病变周围骨质增生硬化 ( 5 / 8例 )是该病的主要X线征象。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the characteristic clinical and X ray findings of long bone adamantinoma Methods The X ray findings of surgically and pathologyically proved long bone adamantinoma in 8 cases were analysed There were 5 males and 3 females, the age was 25-60 years ,the average was 37 years, the history was 1.0-5 5 years, the average was 3 years Results 7 in tibia, 1 in femur 4 cystic and expansile changes, 1 cystic, 1 expansive, 2 osteolytic, 6 irregularly thickened bony cortex, 5 surrounding bone sclerosis, 2 periosteal reaction, 2 spotty calcification, 3 irregular crest of bone in lesion and 4 soft tissue mass Conclusions The main X ray findings were the lesion located in tibia(7/8), cystic and expansive change(6/8), irregular thickening of bony cortex(6/8), and surrounding bone sclerosis(5/8)更多还原
