【摘要】 目的 建立一种新的寰枢椎内固定术式,用来治疗难以实施后路内固定的病例。方法使用纯钛制成的固定螺钉,做颈前路暴露,经枢椎体将两枚螺钉分别拧入左、右寰椎侧块,达到寰枢椎的即刻稳定。结果 10 例手术患者,平均随访19 个月,其中7 例螺钉固定位置良好,寰枢椎达到稳定,死亡1 例。结论 经枢椎体寰椎侧块螺钉固定术是一种比较可靠的寰枢椎内固定方法,尤其适用于难以施行后路内固定术的病例更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To design a new method for atlantoaxial arthrodesis Methods The usual anterior approach was used through an incision at a level just above the cricoid cartilage The anterior body of C 3 was exposed and the C 2-3 disc identified Starting 2-3 mm to the left of the exact midline and just under the inferior anterior edge of the body of C 2, a guide pin was directed to the left lateral mass of atlas and then,the titanium screw was placed Another screw was placed directly to the right lateral mass Results Of the ten patients underwent the described procedure and followed up for a mean of 19 months, seven showed good position of the screws, one patient died of respiratory insufficiency Conclusion The new method of atlantoaxial arthrodesis was found to be reliable and be especially useful in patients who were not feasible for posterior atlantoaxial internal fixation更多还原
