胶原膜及同种异体骨引导兔桡骨再生的特点及机制

【摘要】 目的利用免桡骨引导性骨再生模型,观察与分析骨再生特点,探讨其机制。方法实验用24只大耳白兔,制成双侧10mm挠骨缺损,实验组放置胶原膜,移植同种异体骨;对照组仅移植同种异体骨。结果实验组结缔组织被阻挡于缺损区外,成熟骨膜及髓腔形成,小动脉及神经纤维明显增生,缺损完全修复;对照组缺损被结缔组织占据,缺损修复较实验组延缓。结论胶原膜具有引导骨组织再生、防止骨不连作用。膜内成骨及软骨内成骨均参与引导性骨再生过程,并以前者为主。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe and analyze the characteristics and meChanism of boneropneration guided by allograft with collage membrane. Methods Twenty-four rabbits withbilateral radius bone defeat were divided into two groupe. The expertimenal sides were placedwith collagrn membrane and then transplanted with bone allografts, and the control sideswere only transplanted with bone alloarefts. Results in the experimental sides the corulectivetissues were out of the defect area, new bone appeared in the way of intramembranousossification and entochondrostosis, small artery and nerve fiber proliferated apparently. Itmeans that the bone defectS were healed. In the control sides, the defects were occupied bycormective tissues, which made the prooes of new bone growth and mature bone replacementdelay, without protherated small art6ry and nerve fiber. Conclusion Collagrn membrane hasthe effeCt of guiding bone regeneration and prevention of nonunion. Both intramembranousossification and entochondrostosis take part in the process of guiding bone regeneration,however, they occur maiflly in the early period.
