【摘要】 目的探索更年平调冲剂治疗骨质疏松症的机理。方法选用１０～１５月龄雌性ＳＤ大鼠去势，随机分为模型组、更年平调冲剂大、中、小剂量组，更年安组，己烯雌酚组，青年对照组。检测性激素、尿钙、血钙、血磷、骨钙素含量，骨密度、骨小梁计数等。结果更年平调冲剂可明显提高Ｅ２水平，降低ＦＳＨ、ＬＨ水平，提高血钙；大剂量组可使骨钙素提高，改善骨密度，髓质密度，改善骨组织形态使骨小梁个数增多，提示有良好的治疗骨质疏松症的作用，其作用与己烯雌酚相似。对３０例骨质疏松患者进行了治疗前后血清钙、骨矿含量、骨密度测定，３０例均为绝经患者，结果在治疗后，血中Ｅ２明显升高（Ｐ＜０．０１）；对桡、尺骨宽、骨矿含量、骨密度值有明显提高（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论本研究初步证明更年平调冲剂具有性激素样作用，可调节垂体－下丘脑－性腺轴功能，长期服用对子宫内膜无增生作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the mechanism of Gengnian Pingtiao Granules on oteoporosis.Method\ Selected female rats aged 10 15 months were divided into model group,large middle, small dose Gengnian Pingtiao groups, stibestrol group, Gengnian an group and young control group. The effect of Gengnian Pingtiao Granules was observed by testing female sex hormone, blood calcium, blood phosphorus, BGP, bone density and bone trabeculae count.Result\ Gengnian Pingtiao Granules could raise markedly levels of serum E 2, lower levels of FSH, LH, improve blood calcium; large dose could increase BGP, improve bone density and bone tissue morphology and increase number of bone trabeculae. It suggested that Gengnian Pingtiao Granules had satisfactory effect of prevention and cure of osteoporosis. Its effect was similar to stibestrol. In 30 patients with osteoporosis before and after their treatment serum calcium,bone mineral content and bone density were measured.All the 30 patients with osteoporosis were post menopausal.After their treatment level of serum E 2 was increased significantly ( P <0.01). Width of radius, ulna, bone mineral content and bone density( P <0.01) were improved significantly.Conclusion The study preliminarily demonstrated that Gengnian Pingtiao Granules had effect of sex hormone, could regulate functions of pituitary, hypothalamus and axis of sex gland. Long term oral administration of Gengnian Pingtiao Granules did not result in endometrial hyperplasia.更多还原
