【摘要】 目的研究乳腺癌组织中c－met蛋白表达的意义。方法应用SP免疫组织化学方法对33例乳腺癌石蜡包埋组织作c－met多克隆抗体染色，以10例乳腺纤维腺癌作对照，数据用t检验、X检验和Fisher检验进行统计分析。结果乳腺癌组织中c－met蛋白阳性表达率显著高于对照组（P＜0．01）。c－met蛋白表达与组织学分级、淋巴结转移、临床分期显著相关，而与年龄、绝经状况、肿瘤大小无相关。结论c－met表达是乳腺癌患者重要的预后因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the significance of expression of c-met protein in breast carci noma tissues. Methods A variety of paraffin embedded tissue specimens (of breast fibroadenoma and invasive ductal carcinoma)from 43 patients were immunoperoxidase stained using antibody against c met. All data were analyzed with T test and chi-square test. Results The positive rates of expres sion of c-met in breast carcinoma tissues were significantly higher than those in breast fibroadenoma tissues (P<0. 05). The expression of c-met was significantly correlated with histologic grade,lymph nodal metastasis and surgical stage of the tumor, but it was not significantly correlated with age, menopausal status, turnor size. Conclusions Expression of c-met was significant prognostic indicator for patients with breast carcinorna.更多还原
