【摘要】 目的：探讨涎腺腺样囊性癌嗜神经性的相关临床病理因素。方法：对５０例涎腺腺样囊性癌进行组织分型，嗜神经性观察，同时应用免疫组织化学方法对Ｓ－１００、神经特异性烯醇酶及神经细胞粘附分子的表达与该肿瘤嗜神经性关系进行研究。结果：涎腺腺样囊性癌嗜神经性与组织分型，Ｓ－１００蛋白，神经特异性烯醇酶的表达及二者的共同表达无明显关系（ Ｐ＞ ０．０５），而与神经细胞粘附分子的表达密切相关（ Ｐ＜ ０．０５）。结论：涎腺腺样囊性癌嗜神经性与神经细胞粘附分子的表达密切相关，该肿瘤细胞分泌了神经细胞粘附分子，因而获得了神经亲和性，进而侵袭神经更多还原
