消毒液中污染的凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌耐药基因定位研究
STUDYON LOCATION OF DRUG-RESISTANCE GENE OF COAGULASE-NEGATIVE Staphylococcus aureus CONTAMINATING DISINFECTION SOLUTION
【摘要】 对分离自使用中消毒液的29 株CNS,进行了质粒消除前后的耐药性研究。结果,消除质粒前,29 株CNS耐药重数为138 ,消除质粒后减至25 ,即由质粒介导的耐药性占81 .9 % (113/138) ,由染色体编码者占18 .1 % (25/138) 。结果显示同一质粒可同时携带多个耐药基因。表明质粒介导在CNS耐药中起主要作用。
【Abstract】 Drug resisitanceof29 strainsofcoagulase- negative Staphylococcusaureus(CNS)iso lated from disinfectantsolutionin use wasstudied beforeand afterremovalofplasmid .Theresults showed thatthetotal drugs (including repetitions) resisted by 29 strains of CNSwas 138 before removing the plasmid and reduced to 25 afterremoving the plasmid ,i.e.the resistance mediated by the plasmid accountedfor 81 .9 % (113/138) andthatcoded by chromosomeaccountedfor18. 1 % (25/138) . The results showed that a plasmid could carry simultaneously several drug resis tance gene,indicating that plasmid mediation plays a majorrolein drug resistance of CNS.
