超薄合金击剑防护内衣的研究

【摘要】 本文利用材料科学近年发展的液态金属快淬技术和精轧技术,制备厚度几十μm ,宽20 m m 的超薄合金条带,精工设计编织成击剑防护内衣防护层。这种新防护层材料有刚柔相济的优点,与纯纤维击剑防护内衣比较,超薄合金防护层的刚性和弹性可能把击剑用力过猛或意外断剑后剑端作用到人体上的能量反弹部分到体外,减少对人体肌肤及内脏的伤害;与国外新型材料卡夫拉(Kevlar)纤维相比,有价格便宜的优势。这种新型击剑防护内衣可能成为一种很有潜质的新型击剑防护内衣

【Abstract】 This paper studies how to use the rapid quenched technology of the liquid state metal and precise rolling technology to make ultra-thin alloy ribbons and weave them with careful design into protecting layer of fencing underclothes. This protecting layer combined with both the advantages of rigidity and ductility. The firmness and elasticity of the ultra-thin alloy protecting layer can bounce back the energy on human body which is caused by the end of the sword when the player thrusts too hard or when the sword is broken, so as to decrease the injuries to the players more effectively, compared with fencing underclothes made of pure fiber. Comparing with imported Kevlar fiber,it is cheaper. The new fencing protecting underclothes may become kind of protecting clothes with great potential.
