超细二氧化锡(SnO2)气敏性的研究
THE STUDY OF THE SENTIVITY OF SUPERFINE TIN DIOXIDE POWDERS
【摘要】 本文采用超细粒度的二氧化锡作原料,并辅以掺杂某些金属或金属氧化物的方法,制成烧结型气敏元件,发现超细二氧化锡灵敏温度为140 ℃左右,比普通二氧化锡低了一百个温度点,而最大灵敏温度是普通二氧化锡的2 ~3 倍
【Abstract】 The high sensingtemperature,long responsetime,low sensitivity are properties ofthe common tin dioxide sensing materials,which confinedtheapplication oftin dioxide asa kind ofsensing materials.Thesensingpropertiesoftin dioxide.Were inrestigated by using superfinetin dioxide powdersas materials.The sensing propertiesoftin dioxide.Wereintestigated by using sperfinetin dioxide powdersas materialsofsinteringtypesensors,and doping are alsoused.Theresultsshowedthesensingtem perature ofsuperfinetin dioxideis about140℃,lowerthanthatofnormalsensors,andthe highestsensitivityis2 - 3timesthan thatofcommontin dioxide.
