亚硫酸化鱼油碘值的测定

【摘要】 报道了同时测定亚硫酸化鱼油加脂剂的碘值和其中游离亚硫酸盐含量的方法，本法准确、可靠，试验结果令人满意。

【Abstract】 Am ethod for the synchronous determ ination ofsulfite and iodine value ofsulfited fish oilhas been described.The experim entshows the m ethod is accurate and reliable with satisfactory results.
